I joined the world’s largest retailer to manage talented teams of UX designers challenged to steer informed customers to choices that fulfill wellness needs.

I manage the design team for Walmart’s Health Programs initiative to redirect at-risk customers to resources, interventions, and retail that can have a direct impact on their health and wellness. The year-long effort for MVP lunch is a partnership with insurers to reach SDOH customers in food and medical deserts.

Managing the Vision Center design team matches high-growth OKRs to best-in-class in-store and online shopping and prescription services. Features releases favor customers’ price-point shopping, retail fashion trends, convenient access, and accurate prescription lenses.
